Description :
  • Working closely with our CCO and MD to drive forward our client proposition, ensuring it is clear, ambitious and in line with market opportunity
  • Owning our innovation process to help push the agency forward, working with teams to identify, prioritise and deliver on investment opportunities that help test creative, product or client opportunities
  • Co-collaborating on new business growth with our ‘new’ Business Director, ensuring our win rate remains high and delivers on our growth strategy and client values
  • Leading the Experience capability – setting vision, line management of Senior Leaders in this division, ensuring teams are happy, engaged and quality of work remains; focusing on ensuring progression pathways are in place and we attract and retain the best talent 
  • Building diverse and inclusive teams, actively co-owning the cultural experience of working for TPXimpact and Digital Experience as a member of the SLT
  • Work with the MD and SLT to define and own aspects of our internal vision and strategy, shaping profitable and exciting work opportunities for our teams and ensuring we have robust and scalable foundations for future growth
  • Work with our CTO, CCO and MD to ensure technology, growth and client strategies across capabilities are aligned and all dots are joined up   
  • Take accountability for the research into markets, trends, and advancements in technology, societies, and human behaviour
  • Hold and share opinions, produce thought leadership for external use (blogs, white papers, press pieces etc.) 
  • Provide direction, input, and momentum to Experience communities of practice
  • Purposefully enhance the profile of Digital Experience  as being an agency that delivers creative and impactful work      
  • Accelerating and elevating our strategic planning work for key clients by working with them directly and providing insight, direction, and oversight to project teams throughout the project lifecycle
  • Take on duties and responsibilities associated with being a senior member of the leadership team, some of which may sit outside your core role
Requirements :
  • Substantial agency experience, in a senior strategy leadership role working with a wide variety of clients, leading multiple teams
  • Seen as an expert in your field and of your craft, you will have extensive experience of producing impactful, winning ideas, attracting both clients and people
  • Proven experience of building trusted relationships with clients at all levels and with extensive experience of working at c-suite and executive level
  • Experience of inspiring leading and managing large strategy and design teams; setting vision, nurturing employee engagement and opportunities for progression

  • Ability to demonstrate gravitas and influence
  • Exceptional at working  and communicating with people whatever their discipline or background
  • Deep understanding of a breadth of relevant creative, user experience strategy and technology processes and practices
  • Extensive experience of making change happen in a meaningful and impactful way; both for clients but also from the inside of an organisation as a member of leadership team.
